Project Overview

As part of a long-term partnership with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, our company, KAZINSYS, provided services for the technical support and development of the internal Bitrix24 corporate portal. The primary objective of the project was to develop new functionality, ensure system stability, and enhance operational efficiency.

Technologies and Methodologies Used

Technologies: Bitrix24, lsyncd, Master-Slave replication, sshfs, keepalived.
Methodologies: Agile approach for quick adaptation to changing requirements and Scrum for effective project task management.

Key Achievements

• Elimination of Data Desynchronization: Transition from lsyncd MASTER-MASTER configuration to a more stable MASTER-SLAVE setup minimized the risk of data loss due to desynchronization.
• CRM Functionality Enhancement: Development and implementation of new features in the Bitrix24 CRM system enabled automation of the budgeting process, including workflow automation and integration with the bank’s internal systems.
• Increased Fault Tolerance: Configuration of keepalived ensured high availability and reliability of the file storage system.
• Technical Support and Consulting: Prompt response to technical requests and regular consultations with the customer’s technical specialists were provided.

Project Outcomes

The project had a significant impact on enhancing the operational efficiency of the National Bank of Kazakhstan. Stabilizing the performance of Bitrix24 and introducing additional functionalities enabled the client to improve internal communication processes, as well as interactions with clients and partners.
