We have implemented a number of new functionalities and optimized the work of the internal corporate portal of Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, having achieved the following results:
 

• We localized the portal interface into the Kazakh language, taking into account the needs of employees and ensuring maximum ease of use.
• Implemented gamification, turning work into an interesting and stimulating activity.
• We developed functionality for testing employees and applicants, providing an objective assessment of competencies and performance.
• Arranged evaluations of internal units, promoting greater transparency and collaboration.
• We integrated the portal with Colvir's internal information system, providing centralized access to the necessary data and resources.
• Implemented an electronic digital signature of the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan (EDS NCA RK), ensuring the security and legal significance of electronic documents.
